Introducing Tenoon!

Whoa, long time no blogging yeah? so much to do around me and my-keep-on-getting-big belly, including chasing and teaching my lovely daughter Khansa many new stuff. she's just like sponge, absorbing everything she has just heard, and that makes me both excited and worry.
well, in the midst of all the hecticness, me and a good friend, yovy, managed to create a new ethnic clothing line: Tenoon. We dont have any tagline yet. But maybe we dont need any, since, if u look at the products, its clear we create clothes from traditional and handmade fabrics.
I just cant wait to see all of our products posted into our online shop hahaha. Mainly we focus on moslemah needs, creating ethnic clothes that are polite, chic, simple and comfy, hence it doesnt close the possibility if there are non hijabers out there who can wear our collections as well.
Just a sneak peek, here are some of the fabrics we used...but what we use it for? its a surprise!

The 1st photo is Jumputan Palembang, cotton fabric; the 2nd is Batik Cirebon, Parang pattern if im not mistaken; and the last is Blongsong (tenun ikat), also from Palembang, cotton fabric. We try our best to use handmade fabric, not just to ensure its originality and exclusivity, but to support local products.
Let's be Indonesian and proud for it!
